and keeping outside the intruders
who are part of the outside world with its own laws, norms and values.

There is a difference yes, but to know what the difference is
One has to enter and be part of what is happening
and of what is being created.
Contact can happen on the border
where the two worlds can meet and confront each other
in a creative and fertile way.
Both ways can lead to contact
